Return and refund requests are reviewed individually. Please contact us before sending any products back so we can review your request and provide instructions.
Damaged or Defective Products
Product damage or defects must be reported to our Support Team within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown in your tracking information.

Why the 7-Day Reporting Window?
We require this reporting window so we can promptly investigate with our warehouse and shipping carriers. Reports received after this timeframe may be more difficult to verify and might not be eligible for a refund or replacement, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Branding Errors
If your order arrives with a branding error, email aaronathevirgoonline@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses
Shipments returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable consumer law. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
